- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 5 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger root (grated)
- 1/2 tsp. white sugar
- salt (to taste)
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
