Tried this tonight and it’s pretty good, but you’ll definitely need to add a little salt and I added some pepper as well. Also, the sauce is a bit on the thin side so if you want it a bit thicker you’ll want to add some cornstarch slurry or heavy cream. Oh, and it creates a ton of liquid. I used 2lbs of stew meat and could easily go to 3.
