- 2 bay leaves
- 3 inches canela (piece of)
- 6 cloves
- 6 cloves garlic (smashed with a little water into a paste)
- 2 inches ginger (piece of, grated and smashed into a paste)
- 2 red onions (fried until brown and blended into a paste)
- 1 pinch saffron (fused with a little warm milk)
- 425 mL plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. kewra water (optional)
- 1 cup flour (mixed with a little water to form a soft dough, optional)
- 5 Tbsp. coriander (finely chopped)
