This is so easy and delicious. I will definitely make this again. I added mushrooms & fresh herbs. Also subbed Pecorino Romano for the parmesan. Turned out fantastic.

Easy and fantastic. Great with any leftovers. This firmed up so nicely with no crust. I used 1/4 cup of flour too

Very tasty and easy! This is an awesome recipe to use as a base to add whatever added ingredients you want. First quiche I ever made and it turned out pretty darn good! Definitely recommend this!!

Turned out fantastic! Added spinach, bacon, peppers and onion with Tony Chachere’s for seasoning... and 5 eggs instead of 4. I usually make frittatas but this was even better!!

This recipe is really easy and delicious! It’s also great because it’s versatile - you can add whatever over fillings you like, and it works (I added mushrooms and spinach fried in miso butter). I’ll definitely make this again.
