- 2/3 cup (65g) rolled oats
- ½ cup (90g) Natvia
- 4 eggs
- 100g coconut oil
- 100g almonds
- 1 cup (100g) desiccated coconut
- 2 cups reduced fat coconut milk

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a spring form pan with baking paper.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until golden.
- Allow to cool in the pan completely before serving.
