This was actually a really good smoothie. I have changed the way I eat so I always have fresh veggies and fruit at home and lots of frozen fruits and veggies. So for this smoothie I used all frozen fruit except for the orange. It was great! Nice and creamy and cold! I cannot drink warm smoothies...:( I wanted to use the oranges I had on hand. Next time I will try to add frozen carrots and maybe honey. It could have been a little sweeter, but great recipe! Also as an aside, I used a Vitamix blender! For the best smoothies you really have to.
