Really enjoyed this, I think it’s better when some of the veggies are pickled and it needed another element of “wetness” so I added sriracha. It’s a good base recipe and I want to practice my rolling technique!

Best burrito i have ever eaten in my life. Although it was a bit challenging to roll up like a borrito it was easier than an omelette.
