- 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (or Marsala wine)
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. sherry (Busha Browne's Spicy Pepper, ® or cooking sherry)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp. cornstarch (mixed with 1/3 cup cold water)
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. black truffle oil
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped (tips & tricks)
