- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar (can be substituted with your preferred vinegar)
- 1 tsp. table salt (divided)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried ground thyme (powder texture, not dried leaves)
