- 3 cups gluten free flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt (unrefined)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 2 cups sugar (unrefined)
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 Tbsp. ground flaxseed (mixed with 1 cup water, let sit for ten minutes until thickened)
- 1 cup coconut oil (room temp, or earth balance buttery spread)
- 6 cups sugar (powder/castor)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt (unrefined)
