- 1 cup blue cheese dressing (Homemade, see recipe)
- 2 Tbsp. blue cheese (crumbled)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- avocado (ripe, peeled and diced)
- chopped almonds (toasted)
- fresh chives
- 1 slice pickled beets
- radishes (thinly sliced)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (good quality, such as Hellman's or Best Foods)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese (plus 1-2 tablespoons, divided)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 scallions (chopped, all of the white and half of the green)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
