Excellent! Sauce had great flavor! I had a 2 1/2# chuck roast. 20” was not enough cook time. I cut it onto chunks, and pressure cooked it for another 10. Will definitely make again.
Edit 7/15/22: Made again last night - excellent! Had a 2.25# roast so adjusted ingredients accordingly. Used 1/2 salt recommended. Served on open-faced bun with steamed broccoli and cherry pie. Great combo!

Family loved it. Said it tasted like restaurant food. Not a terrible compliment :)
