Turned out just like IHOP’s! I made my own buttermilk with 1 1/4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice added to the 1 /14 cup (minus lemon juice volume) low-fat milk.

pretty good i added an extra egg and it was i am thinking of adding more suger next time and more buttermilk.

Turned out great, I melted peanut butter and put it in the batter, which was a hit with my 3 1/2 year old picky eater. They were light and delicious!
