- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 100 mL water (~1/2 cup)
- 3/4 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. sour cream
- lemon juice (to taste)
- 4 bread rolls (stale)
- 200 grams flour (~1 2/3 cups)
- 150 mL water (~2/3 cup)
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams melted butter (~1/4 cup)
- 15 grams fresh yeast (1 1/2 tsp dry yeast)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 80 grams cheese (~3 oz smoked, grated, optional)
- 1 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
