- 100 grams vegetable shortening
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 cup strawberry jam

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Cut in the shortening.
- In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks, sour cream water, and vanilla together. Add to the flour mixture and stir together to form a ball of dough.
