I can’t believe nobody has tried this recipe. It is truly delicious. It is time consuming so it’s not a week night dinner for active families. But give it a try on the weekend. You won’t be sorry. I didn’t use all 32 ounces of beef broth. I checked it every half hour and if it seemed to thick, I added more broth once. Beef was melt in your mouth. Everything cooked perfectly. Will definitely make again.
