- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme leaves (only)

- 200 grams hummus (– the flavour is up to you or you could use this caramelised onion hummus)
- 375 grams puff pastry (pack ready rolled, – lots of own supermarket brands and Jus Rol are vegan)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 pinch turmeric
