Great. Very creamy. Adding the liquid from the chickpea’s a little at a time makes it creamy.

I made 1/2 of the recipe, as I was making it for just myself. It's very good.

It's been a minute since I decided to make hummus and this turned out REALLY good! I didn't alter much except for an extra tsp of olive oil but this turned out super flavorful and creamy. I'd definitely recommend this recipe; thanks!

i find that i like a little more flavor in mine so i added a tbs of sesame oil, 1 extra tps of cumin a little extra garlic and a little extra olive oil to make it more creamy textur. also a little more lemon juice

Om nom nom! I can eat this stuff by itself with a spoon. Fresh lemons give it a fab zip.

Definitely have to tweak this recipe particularly the lemon juice ...far too much...couple of tablespoons is more than sufficient. Other wise - good recipe.

So yummly!! Followed the recipe exact except we were out of Parsley. Better than anything store bought!!

Solid recipe - tweaked ingredients slightly just to get consistency and taste. Great go-to recipe for hummus.

Delicious. Had all ingredients except the tahini, which we did not even miss. Fresh, light and a favorite with the grandkids

2017-03-25. Used 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Did not add any salt , added a dash of siracha. Very good and family loved it.

Awesome!!!! I would use less lemon juice and more cumin ....I did add some in addition to sesame seeds

This was way too lemony! I guess i should have read the other reviews before making this. I added a cup of sesame seeds and a few tablespoons of sesame oil to try to offset the overwhelming sour taste and salvage the dish. (It did not work).

Little too much lemon juice for my taste. I did add roasted red pepper and artichoke tapenade to add a different taste and it was quite good.
