- 6 Tbsp. stevia (Pyure organic, blend = 3/4 cup baking stevia or granulated sugar)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 cup bananas (2 medium over-ripe, mashed)
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 6 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce (or oil)
- 3 large egg whites
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 oz. fat free cream cheese (or reduced fat cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese)
- 2 oz. nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 20 grams whey (Jamie Eason Lean Body for Her, Isolate in Natural Vanilla, optional)
- 1/4 cup stevia (Pyure organic, blend = 1/2 cup baking stevia or granulated sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. almond extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
