- 26 oz. full fat coconut milk (organic, chilled)
- 2 cups raw cashews (soaked for 4 hours and drained)
- 3/4 cup coconut nectar (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 3/4 cups coconut butter (warmed to liquid)
