- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (very ripe, about 3 bananas)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- cooking oil spray (choice)
- 2 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dates (pureed, blend dates with a little water or get date puree in the international section of your supermarket)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes (unsweetened, toasted)
