- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. coarse salt
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar (or up to 4 cups, as needed)
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans (finely chopped)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1/4 cup butter (softened to room temperature)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. coarse salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar
