- 2 red bell peppers (/sweet pimento peppers, charred and skins removed)
- 5 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (drained)
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 2 red chillies (x fresh, I used Serenade peppers but jalapenos will also work)
- 1 chilli (x fresh red bird's eye)
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- black pepper
- salt
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 2 tsp. coriander seeds
- 2 tsp. chilli flakes (dried)
