- 1/4 cup olive oil (for frying)
- 28 oz. roasted tomatoes (can diced, any type of tomatoes work)
- 2 inches jalapeno pepper (diced, or skip if you like less spicy)
- 1 yellow onion (thinly sliced, rings separated)
- chickpea flour (I used, because i follow a low-carb diet)
