- 1 cup chicken stock (– I’ve also used vegetable stock and it works well too)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic (– I’ve used both ground and minced)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. mustard (dried, – I’ve made it both with and without the mustard and it’s great both ways)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- pepper (to taste)
