- 5 lb. red bell peppers (washed, seeds and stems removed)
- 3 hot chili peppers (spicy red, can be optional if you can’t or don’t like spicy food)
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 17 cloves
- 2 garlic
- 1 fresh tomato
- 3 tomatoes
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (I use olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. fenugreek (powder, optional but very much suggested)
- salt (to taste)
