SO SERIOUSLY EASY. I’ve never cooked lobster before and wanted to try it on a good deal I got on lobster tails. I always thought it must be complicated or take a bunch of special equipment. Neither was true. In fact, it’s probably one of the easiest things I’ve ever cooked. I wasn’t so sure about how well the spices would impart into the flesh. I got more bay leaf and basil flavor than I expected. I used four leaves. It overpowered the lemon a little for me, but I’m a huge lemon lover. It still tasted great!
