Marshmallow fondant is so much better than regular decorating fondant. I have seen recipes for both of the different types of fondant and this recipe is so much tastier and does not have a bunch of artificial syrups and unflavored goo. Plus this recipe is so much easier! It has much fewer ingredients and takes much less heating, than regular fondant recipes. I love it and highly recommend it!
