- 400 mL chicken stock
- whole milk

- 2 Tbsp. salted butter

- 1 cinnamon stick (small)
- 2 cloves
- 1 fresh bay leaf (or 2 dried)
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1 green chilli (left whole)
- 2 Tbsp. mild curry powder (or hot, if you prefer)
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 lemon
- 2 handfuls peas (petit pois, fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- lemon wedges (to serve)
