Gluten free flours are very different from each other. I used King Arthur and added extra flour to the dough and I thought it was a good consistency before proofing, but was very sloppy sticky afterwards, I ended up pouring it into strips and Baking them as bread sticks. They actually tasted pretty good and if I had poured it into a circle it might have been ok for a pizza but the consistency totally confused me. I will also try again with Bob’s red mill next time I have that flour.

The proportions on this one are completely off...we followed the recipe to a "T", and the mixture turned out soup-y. It is a complete waste of time and money.
