- 1 cup heavy cream (raw or grass-fed)
- 1 cup full-fat milk (raw or grass-fed)
- 1 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup coconut milk (I like this brand, the light or the regular)
- 2 vanilla beans (scraped, or vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. honey (maple syrup, coconut sugar, stevia, monk fruit extract, etc, use more or less depending on your preference)
- 1/4 tsp. gelatin (Vital Proteins grass fed, with the green lid)
