I cut them quite thin but i should’ve cut them thinner. I didn’t like it but it’s not the recipes fault, i just learnt i don’t like tofu

It turned out not bad at all. I already had the tofu prepared previously. Next time I’ll use your method of draining. My method was similar except I did not cut it up until after I drained it.
They are crispy but I think I’ll try five more minutes next time. I had two batches because I had breakthrough from the heavy chopping board and the additional 2 cans on top.! It is perfect for a scramble.
