- 4 cups water (filtered)
- 1 Tbsp. whey (strained through a coffee filter or cheesecloth)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, optional)
- 1/16 tsp. stevia (or less, or to taste, about 10-15 drops of liquid stevia, NuNaturals brand recommended; other brands may require a lot less)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (optional)
