- 400 grams pork neck (or loin, you can also use chicken or beef)

- 1/2 cup ground peanuts (finely)
- 1/2 cup stock (water or coconut milk, I used half water, half coconut milk)
- 1 pandanus leaf (knotted)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (– more or less, to taste)
- 1 pinch chili powder
