Second time I tried this and nailed it this time! My only feedback is that it’s pretty near impossible to baste the meat thru the slit in !the shell after you turn it without a helper prying open the shells and holding them open—I may just cut a narrow “V” shape when I first cut through the shells to avoid the struggle with that step
