The steak was perfection
The cream sauce was the perfect addition
The recipe was followed exactly and my daughter and I added some roasted Brussels Sprouts as a side

The 90 second rule at 450 degrees made a bit more for Medium but still delicious. Made the butter sauce to compliment and turned out great.

1-inch steak, 90 seconds on each side in cast iron skillet and 90 seconds on each side in the oven. perfectly done!

Delish!!! Added my own steak Seasoning. i cooked steak on grill cast iron pan and finished in oven.

It was heaven ! I basically followed the recipe! Except I didn’t have a cast iron so I improvised and transferred the steak into a baking pan! It was the juiciest steak ever!
Ps. Remember to add the butter juice!
