Loved it and so did my hubby, which is saying something! Used it as a “pasta” for our ratatouille. My husband said if it wasn’t for the spaghetti squash the ratatouille wouldn’t have been tasty enough for him.

dont forget to pierce the outside of squash and 400 degrees at 30-40 mins or squash will retain water ;)

It was great. I didn't modify anything and when I was ready to eat, I put boiled chicken pieces and chunky salsa in to give me a great lunch. Very low cards and I was full

It was extremely easy to make. The hardest part was cutting the squash open. It was absolutely delicious when it was finished. The olive oil, salt and pepper were the perfect combination, and gave it a delightful taste. Even my three year old granddaughter who's very finicky liked it. I would definitely make it again.
