I am excited that my kitchen is getting a complete remodel. Finding ways to cook without functioning appliances and a kitchen sink has been a challenge; however, creativity influences new ways to provide meals without hassle or limited space. I used my Instant Pot more than ever and pleasantly surprised with results including a way to make hot bake potatoes. Within 30 minutes I had hot, tender, delicious potatoes and a complete potato bar set up for dinner which my family loved. Making baked potatoes in the Instant Pot was quick, easy, and earned my approval for future meals.
