Because of my cuts, I think I needed to reduce the searing time by 30 seconds and my oven time by one minute for more pink. Made own garlic salt and adjusted herb measurements replacing dried for fresh. Other than the cook time issue, it turned out pretty flavorful, quite tasty.

Best steak in memory! Perfect doneness. The herbs were a nice addition without overpowering the taste of the steak. I’ll do this again.

Excellent. First time I made it was too salty. Applied garlic salt too liberally. When I have smaller cuts I cut the sear time back to 2 minutes.

Omg I haven’t had such a great filet in a very long time!! I was always afraid I would screw it up and being such an expensive cut I was apprehensive. But these directions are right on point!! Thank you! thank you! thank you!

First time making a steak without marinading it... I wish I had. Cooked perfect, but not enough flavor.
