I tried this the other night with some venison tenderloin that my boyfriend brought over (and I cut into chops) and I'm glad I did, it was surprisingly good; my 6 yr old even liked it and he doesn't like anything :-D
The only "problem" I had while cooking it was the amount of it needed under the broiler to be cooked through. The time and temperature that the directions stated were a little too long for me... But I watched it and it wasn't dry at all.
Would definitely make again!
