Excellent, full of flavor. I give it to my mom who needs a liver transplant and it seems to help a little

Quick, easy, and tastes way better than some other recipes I've found. Love that it includes the healthy fats in the recipe for optimal digestibility. My last batch ended up a wee bit moldy after several months but I guess that just means I have to be more diligent about drinking it so I use it up!
