- 200 grams bamboo shoots (canned, slices)
- 15 daylily (buds - soak in warm water for 15 minutes)
- 5 shiitake mushrooms (soak in warm water for 15 minutes)
- 5 leaves napa cabbage
- 3 bok choy (bundles, separated)
- 8 beancurd (dried, slices - soak in warm water for 30 minutes)
- 450 grams extra firm tofu
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
