These were a big hit with the family. My oldest didnt seem to enjoy them as much but she's a picky eater. Every one else loved them. It took me a bit to get the dumpling forming down. Even then I still made mistakes occassionally. Thankfully if you are not boiling them they don't fall apart.

Awesome recipe and a really good meat filling. I ended up using the filling in egg rolls and those came out super good as well.

Outstanding! will def make again and again. Lots of flavor going on. I made an asian dipping sauce to go with them...yum!
