Nummy! I was glad to have a recipie because, believe it or not, I’ve never actually made mashed potatoes! I have always left that up to others. This time, no one stepped up to the task so I had to tackle it. It worked beautifully.

Used 2% milk and it was still light and fluffy. Had to add a bit more salt because I used unsalted butter. Cream cheese or sour cream definitely would have jazzed it up .

Was OK, but for me it was missing something. Anyway not bad version of mashed potatoes.
