- 1/4 cup white wine
- 15 oz. juice (can diced tomtoes in)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- fresh herbs (like parsley or basil)
- fennel fronds (reserved)
- grated Parmesan cheese (or shaved, or pecorino romano)
