- 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil (/ghee)
- 800 grams pre cooked chicken
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste
- 1 Tbsp. ginger paste
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder (See link to my homemade version above)
- 1 Tbsp. tandoori powder (See link to my homemade version above)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 chilli powder (teapoon red)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 handful dried garlic flakes (or more)
- 700 mL curry sauce (base)
- 3 green chillies (or more fresh, cut into thin rings)
- 1 bunch chopped coriander (finely)

- pepper
