- pineapple (Leftover, peel/trimmings)
- sweetener (to taste)
- 1 whole pineapple (sliced, see post for instructions)
- coconut oil
- sauce (Butter rum)
- 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
- 1/4 cup dairy free butter
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (agave, maple syrup works too)
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1 Tbsp. essence (/flavouring, or rum if you wish)
