Good, but it also works with any paper towel in my opinion. i tried using an other brand and guess what?! It worked!!! But, i recommend using a n off-set spatula and a normal long smooth spatula... last but not least... a cake scraper works really well too. Anyways, thank for sharing your technique on how to smooth cakes.
