This is how I ALWAYS cook my chicken breasts now. With added seasoning or not!

juicy as promised! even my husband, who is generaly unimpressed with food, said it was really good. next time i will cook it a bit longer to get more crisp on the outside.

Amazing! It was definitely juicy and tender. I added a little extra olive oil to the chicken and to the pan and I added some extra seasonings.

It was fabulous! Did it exactly as written cast iron skillet, preheated, medium , 10”, Flip it,, 10”, then remove from heat and rest for 5” winner winner chicken dinner!!

Turned out very juicy! Just be sure you have a pan with a hole in the lid or else crack the lid when you cover the chicken so you can prevent a vacuum seal from happening.

This method of cooking chicken breast produced tender, juicy breast and it was so very simple.

Perfect every time! Just make sure the chicken is at room temperature before starting otherwise it'll be undercooked in the center

I too was skeptical, especially because I was cooking up some larger chicken breasts. I think the best advice was to let the meat rest and avoid the temptation of piercing or cutting into it. They were amazingly moist and tender. I love the simplicity of this recipe and it will be a regular go to for me!
