Both my wife and I love this. I did find as others commented that there is a lot of moisture that comes out of fresh Mozzarella cheese, So I drained it about 3 times as it cooked, once at the very end. I have since modified it in only one way. I went to 3 stores and could not find fresh basil one day, and subbed fresh spinach. I took medium sized rolls and split them open, baked about 4 min., and then topped them with this instead of dipping. Thank you so much for this recipe.

One my favorite go to apps. Made it the first time at a girls weekend get away. I followed the directions and cut up ciabatta and drizzled olive over the top and popped them in the oven to toast for dipping.
Love it and so does everyone else and they think I did something awesome!
